Katherine has lived in Skagit County for over 30 years with her husband and 2 daughters. She has been a real estate appraiser in Skagit, Island, Whatcom and Snohomish counties for 32 years while serving as a Housing Commissioner for the City of Sedro- Woolley. In addition, she has been working with Family Promise of Skagit County on fundraising and the Impact Campaign to support homeless families as they work to provide their children loving homes.

As a team member with Grasons of Bellevue since 2023, Katherine is excited to help Grasons expand into the north end of Washington State. With her experience and dedication to the local community – we know Katherine will be a strong leader for Grasons of Mount Vernon.
